American with Disabilities Act Compliance Statement
Our office was constructed in 1984 to the standards set forth in law pertaining to the Americans with Disabilities Act at that time. Since that date we have made several upgrades to our parking lot, side-walks and interior facilities to make easy access to our office for our valued patients with disabilities. We are planning to make more changes in the very near future, to bring our facility up to current standards. The following is a list of potential barriers and their remedies. Construction and elimination of these barriers will proceed in the near future. We appreciate your cooperation with these plans and hope the inconvenience will be minimal. If you have suggestions pertaining to the A.D.A. compliance at our office, please contact us.
Dr. Aronson and his staff appreciate your patience during the construction phase of this project.
- Removal of existing wheelchair ramp and installation of ramp inside sidewalk
- Addition of Van access signage
- Correction of wheelchair access from sidewalk to property. This access has been identified as an excessive grade.
- Appropriate guide railing where necessary.
- This is not an inclusive list of modification and additions planned. We have been working on this upgrade for several months and these are the larger items that still exist.
