Customer Service / Financial Coordinator
Insurance/Business Coordinator - A full time position for someone with dental or medical insurance experience, dental appointment control experience, dental treatment knowledge and good communication skills. The position involves handling all insurance business for our busy office. Advising patients of their insurance coverage, tracking limits, collecting deductables and notifying patients of maximums. Billing to patients and insurance is another responsibility of the Insurance/business Coordinator.

Shared responsibilities include greeting patients, making appropriate appointments, answering treatment inquiries, problem solving, continuing care system management ,treatment plan management and general customer service. Computer use and ability to word pr ocess is an extremely important asset for this possition. Management of the appointment and continuing care part of the dental office is key to the success of our office. This is a strategic position requiring a customer service mind set at all times. We would be willing to train an exceptional individual with a wide experience in customer service and public contact.
