David C. Aronson, D.D.S.
Doctor Aronson received his Doctor of Dental Surgeryand a B.S. in Oral Anatomy from the University of California at San Francisco. This was preceded by a B.A. in Biological Sciences from San Jose State University. During his postgraduate training at U.C.S.F. he finished studies as a member of the Temporomandibular Joint Study Group. He also became active in the Society of Occlusal Studies and Esthetic Dentistry. Currently Dr. Aronson remains active in Cosmetic Dental post- graduate studies and is a member of the International Society of Esthetic Dentists.

He is also an active member of the community, holding leadership positions in several local organizations in the Vacaville area. A past President and active member of the Rotary Club of Vacaville, member of the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce, Past Board of Directors of the Vacaville Museum, Solano March of Dimes, American Heart Association and the local chapter of the American Diabetes Association.

Dr. Aronson, his wife Ronni and two children have enjoyed "growing up" in Vacaville. Away from the office, Dr. Aronson is active in several areas of interest. He and his wife are avid aviators (she is a navigator). With his family's help he completed a project of building a custom aircraft. He is an active supporter of the local aviation community as well. As President of the Solano Pilot's Association and the Experimental Aircraft Association, Chapter 1230 he promoted the Nut Tree Airport and the Young Eagles program. He continues being active in those organizations, volunteering his time and his aircraft every month for youth flights. He maintains the websites for the airport and both local aviation organizations.

His professional hobby is High Technology Dentistry. Post graduate education is an ongoing, systematic part of his professional commitment He enjoys having the entire staff involved in this education as well.

Another passion our Doctor has is for food. Our office is well known for it's gourmet flare. We all like to cook, like to experience good food and like to tell others about it. That is why you will find a gourmet area in our office reporting on restaurants and recipes around the world. Come in and be a part of it. We welcome input from our patients. Dr. Aronson is also a mico-farmer of sorts. He raises onions,garlic, peppers, tomatoes and herbs year-round.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM SHELLEY BEALS. RDH

Since 1979, with a few breaks for having and raising my kids, I have shared the lives, hopes joys and occasionally the sorrows of many of you - my patients and friends. It is with both great happiness and great sadness, I have decided to retire. Happy because I'll be able to spend more time with my grandchildren -sad, because I will be leaving you all.

Saying "good-bye" is never easy, especially when you are leaving a family. this office has beena family for me, and not just because Dr. Aronson is my big brother. Many of his patients are my family and this office has a great staff but because I feel a part of many of your families. I have patients driving to their appointments that I remember being brought in baby carriages and car-seats. I have shared the joys of many of you in starting and raising our families. The joys and sometimes the drama of getting kids through school, finding jobs and weddings. Likewise, many of you have let me share my stories of my wonderful family. During the last three years those stories have increasingly been about my beautiful grandchildren.

I leave with great memories and fondness for my "dental office family". THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOURSELVES WITH ME.

Shelley Beals - Registered Dental Hygienist My name is Shelley and I am an RDH. I have been with Dr. Aronson since 1979. I love my job because we have such awesome patients. I can't wait to see our patients for their continuing care appointments. We get caught up with what's what in their lives and to keep them up with what's going on in mine. My mission is to help our patients keep a healthy and happy smile. Sometimes our patients remind me of my "nagging". "Are you flossing everyday?" "Don't forget to brush two minutes twice a day!" I really care about their health!
Debi Kielly - Registered Dental Assistant Hi, my name is Debi Kielly, I am a Registered Dental Assistant. I have been assisting Dr. Aronson for 22 years. My position includes keeping track of supplies and our dental lab communications as well as overseeing the clinical area of the office. I enjoy designing crowns using the Cerec system. It is an exciting part of the "new dental technology". I live in Vacaville with my two daughters. I enjoy socializing, especially where food is involved. I enjoy hosting parties with friends and attending functions that involve my daughters. Being with my family during activities and sharing Friday morning at Starbucks with the Girls are my favorite times during the week. I look forward to seeing you at our dental office

Karen McCarthy - Registered Dental Hygienist Hello, my name is Karen McCarthy. I am a California Registered Dental Hygienist. I have worked in Dr. Aronson's office since I moved here two and a half years ago. I enjoy meeting and working with our patients. I like to help them improve their oral health. I am married and have 3 adult children. I enjoy outdoor activities and traveling to visit my children. I look forward to meeting you!
